Cancellation Policy
Timely Payments: All service or subscription fees must be paid in full by the specified due date. Special Charges: In cases where outdoor activities are held in locations with additional costs (e.g., entrance fees, permits), these costs are the responsibility of the client and will be added to the total amount. Disclaimer of Liability: The client acknowledges that participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks, such as injuries, exposure to weather conditions, and terrain-related hazards (e.g., slipperiness, uneven ground). The client assumes full responsibility for their participation and agrees to take part responsibly and at their own discretion. Mandatory Equipment & Safety: Clients are responsible for providing their own suitable personal equipment as mentioned in the details of each event (e.g., clothing for adverse conditions, appropriate footwear for the terrain, adequate hydration). Before each activity, clients must be fully informed of the safety rules and adhere to them strictly. Failure to follow the coach's instructions may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund. Environmental Protection: The disposal of trash, causing damage to the natural environment, or harassing wildlife is prohibited. Clients are obligated to respect nature and follow the principles of sustainable practice. Data Collection: We collect personal details such as name, contact information, medical history, and injury details. Photos & Videos: Photos or videos taken during outdoor sessions may be used for promotional purposes of the business. Communication Channels: Communication (e.g., comments on the training platform, email, scheduled calls) is specified in your chosen program. Response Time: We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe (usually 48 hours on business days). Emergency Communication: For last-minute changes due to weather conditions or other unforeseen events, communication will be done through a specified channel (e.g., a text message or phone call). Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be requested at least 2 days before the event or session starts. Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions: In case of extreme weather conditions (e.g., storm, intense heat/cold) the coach reserves the right to cancel the session, cancellation is made at least or within 24 hours before the event. If no show-ups no refund will be given. Sessions canceled due to weather are not refundable but will be rescheduled.
