Service Description

Whether you want to improve your performance, optimize your recovery or change your body composition, you will be provided with the evidence-based list of nutrition supplements that you should take, and a supplement plan designed for you. Healthy and effective. Service Description In order to prepare for you a tailored-made and flexible dietary supplement plan, you will need to fill out two (2) online questionnaires as a part of a in-depth, structured interview. Dietitico team created the following interactive online questionnaires from the scratch, to provide you with high quality online nutrition services. Questionnaire no. 1: provides us with basic information, such as demographics and anthropometrics (e.g. age, weight, height, etc.). It consists of 13-19 interactive questions (estimated completion time: 4-5 min). Questionnaire no. 2: aids us to assess your history of dietary supplement use and set your goals. It consists of 6-11 in-depth interactive questions (estimated completion time: 10-15 min). The total average completion time for the service is estimated to be approximately 15-20 min. Choosing the standard or the extended plan, adds extra months to your supplement guidance service in order to achieve your long-term goals. You will receive one (1) supplement list and one (1) supplement plan per month. Within two (2) working days after the completion of the first-session, your 30-day dietary supplement plan plan will be ready and sent to your e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Policy Timely Payments: All service or subscription fees must be paid in full by the due date. Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled, all subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing period, and the payment method on file will be charged (where applicable). Late Payments: Access to services may be suspended if payment is not completed by the due date. Late fees may apply, and access will only be restored once the payment is successfully processed. Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not offered unless otherwise stated in the specific program’s policy. Exceptions: In cases of extremely important reasons (e.g., death of a close family member or significant health issue), the coaching team may review and decide accordingly. 2. Account & Service Usage Personal Use Only: All services, training plans, and accounts are for individual use only. Sharing or distributing access is prohibited and may lead to termination without refund. Prohibited Activities: Clients may not use services for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes (e.g., spamming, harassment, or sharing harmful content). Content Ownership: All materials provided (programs, documents, videos, guides) remain the intellectual property of the coach. Reproduction, copying, or redistribution without permission is prohibited. Liability: Clients are responsible for their own participation. By engaging in training, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks and agree to take part responsibly. 3. Privacy Policy We collect personal details such as name, contact information, health history, exercise history, and any relevant medical or injury details. This information will be used strictly to design your personalized coaching and may be shared only with trusted partners (nutritionists, physiologists, etc.) when necessary. All data is stored securely and treated in compliance with data protection laws. 4. Communication Policy Communication channels (e.g., training platform comments, email, website contact form, or scheduled calls) will be specified in your chosen plan. Response times may vary, but we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe (usually 48 hours on business days). 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 3 days before a plan, session, or program begins. Once a program has started, refunds are not available unless stare funds are not available unless stated otherwise in the specific program’s policy.
